About the Founder

Hybrid Focus Consulting was founded by Quentin A. Harris, a strategist, entrepreneur, and nonprofit leader with a deep belief that strong organizations are built through intentional thinking, disciplined structure, and decisive action.

Quentin’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and human development. He has spent his career helping leaders move beyond ideas and into execution whether that means designing multi-year strategic plans, facilitating professional learning, coaching executives through complexity, or building the operational infrastructure that sustains growth.

As a founder, Quentin brings a rare dual perspective. He has successfully built and scaled a product-based company, serving over 2,000 clients with sustained customer satisfaction, while also leading a mission-driven consulting practice that has supported more than 20 nonprofit and small business organizations....many of them Black- and Brown-led through critical stages of growth and transition. This balance allows him to approach every engagement with both financial realism and mission integrity.

“Most clients work with HFC through one of three engagement models”

Through Hybrid Focus Consulting, Quentin partners with organizations not just to solve immediate problems, but to build durable foundations clear strategy, aligned systems, and confident leadership that enable long-term impact. His work is practical, collaborative, and rooted in real-world experience, not theory alone.

At the core of HFC’s approach is a simple philosophy:

Intentional Thinking + Innovative Action = Progressive Outcomes

Quentin remains committed to helping leaders and organizations build with clarity, operate with purpose, and grow with sustainability.
